I measured the grill and ordered the 52" cover and the cover is a little too tight.

I purchase a cover from BBQ Galore years ago in conjunction of my purchase of a 52" built in. It was a very good quality cover that lasted for years. Last fall I decided to replace it with a new one from BBQ Galore and was immediately disappointed while removing from its packaging. The material was very light and flimsy. Within a few days it started to fall apart by ripping at the seams. An email to BBQ Galore explaining my disappointment was never replied to. Raising my concerns to a store representative resulted in the admission it was a poor quality cover and new ones were coming but offered no concession for the garbage cover they sold me. Save your money and go without this very poor quality cover.
