Anything but the Same ‘Ol Wings (3 Kicked-Up Recipes)

We love buffalo wings as much as the next BBQ guru, but these recipes might just make you forget all about the same ‘ol wings. Mustard, pickles, herbs and garlic…read on for your new favorite wing recipe.

Recipes yield approximately 2 dozen wings

Bone Sucking Wings:

Mix 1 jar of Bone Sucking Mustard Sauce with one cup of pickle juice from dill pickles. Heat grill (recommend Big Green Egg or Globe Café Ceramic Smoker) to 300-350 degrees with plate setter in place. Coat wings in sauce mixture, place on grill and let cook for 1 hour – 1 hour 30 minutes. Baste with sauce if you like “wet” wings.

Sophisticated Wings:

Season wings with Urban Accents Herbs de Provence seasoning, approximately 3 tablespoons. Grill on gas grill over low-medium heat using a grill topper. When wings are cooked, toss in a mixing bowl with salt and pepper to taste, and a few dashes of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle lightly with blue cheese crumbles and serve.

Pepper Wings:

Season wings with John Henry’s Mojave Garlic Pepper approximately 3 tablespoons. Grill on a gas grill over low-medium heat using a grill topper. When wings are cooked, toss with 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Sauce.

Don’t forget the napkins!
