Please be sure to include your contact information, grill model and the reason for your call. If you are inquiring about replacement parts for your grill, please include the grill model number and serial number (can be found engraved on a plate on the back side of the grill usually) for faster response.

Barbeques Galore web store return policy
Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused merchandise purchased on the web store. Customers wishing to return items must contact email@example.com with your name, contact number and order number, as well as the reason for the return. If you received an incorrect item, or there was a problem during shipping (damaged product, etc), Barbeques Galore will issue a return label that you can use to return the merchandise. Once we have received your items, we will refund your purchase price, plus any applicable shipping charges and tax, after verifying the contents and condition of the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, product damaged in transit). In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned to a physical store. If an item is returned to us outside of the 30-day return window, store credit will be given in lieu of a credit card refund.
