Crossray© is designed with infrared panels located underneath vertically mounted ceramic tiles. When the ceramic tiles heat up they create a heat-controlled cooking space that far outperforms a gas grill environment. The heat from each infrared panel overlaps and crosses to create a perfectly even temperature inside the grill. The even heat penetrates food and cooks it from the inside out while retaining flavors and juices.
Traditional gas grilling systems have hot spots and cool spots.
