Ingredients
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole dried chipotle pepper reconstituted and finely diced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 pounds flank steak/ thin sliced top round/chicken or shrimp
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly, or can also put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Pour over your choice of meat and set in fridge overnight. Enjoy.
