Recieved the Flame Tamers as ordered and all was in great shape. They really help with keeping the flames low. The ones we had purchased with the original grill had disenegrated over several years so it was time to replace them. Glad we could still get these parts for a 6 year old gril. This grill was he best purcahse we could make. It gets used everyday!!!

The flame tamers were fine, however the packing was terrible. Six ceramic tiles were placed, loose, in a large box and just left to rattle around. Fortunately, they had some protection in thier individual boxes and arrived intact. Come on folks, a little crumbled brown paper is not that expensive.

The flame tamer is identical to the original ones supplied with the grill when first purchased. Each flame tamer was individually wrapped which turned out to be a good thing since there was no other packing in the box. Other than that I was happy with the ordering process and shipping. I hope these new flame tamers last as long as the originals.
