Both grids were welded out of square a good 10 degrees, being in manufacturing I can understand a screw up but both identical! You really should have rejected the lot from the vendor.

The cooking grid was great, however it was poorly shipped with not enough padding. The box that arrived was falling apart and one of my grids had a dent.

Needed to replace my grilling grids for our turbo. Searched the web via google and always came back to BBQ Galore. Glad I did and we purchased great shipping and now back to Great Grilling. Do not be fooled by other brands which are cheap because they are cheap.
