Customer service is available M-F from 8am-4:30pm CST. If you reach us after hours or while serving other customers please leave a detailed message so we may research your inquiry and respond. Miller Road Garland, TX 75041 Barbeques Galore web store return policy Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused merchandise purchased on the web store.  Customers wishing to return items must contact order.confirmation@bbqgalore.com with  your name, contact number and order number, as well as the reason for the return.  Barbeques Galore will issue a return label that you can use to return the merchandise.  Once we have received your items, we will refund your purchase price, plus any applicable shipping charges and tax, after verifying the contents and condition of the items.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, product damaged in transit).  In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned to a physical store.
