Cooking Experience Private Parties

The Cooking Experience Irvine welcomes private parties throughout the year. For companies, it's a great way to entertain clients, reward top employees, or bring peers together for a night of delicious food and fun.  It is also a great idea for a girls' night out, a unique family evening, or just a reason to bring together good friends. We ask that you observe the following policies regarding Private Parties at the Cooking Experience Irvine.  Please review the following information before making your reservation.
  • Private party events are available Tuesday - Saturday night.
  • Class size has a maximum of 14 persons.
  • Classes start promptly at 6:05 pm, all pre-event announcements need to be completed by 6:00pm.
  • Private Party classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Private party reservations cannot be booked further in advance than our posted calendar online.  All private parties may choose any night that has 14 seats available.
  • Private Party reservation must be paid for in full in advance to be reserved.  A 24-hour courtesy hold can be placed on a requested date from the time the request is confirmed, which will prevent any other private parties from claiming that date.  However, due to the nature of our reservation system, we cannot prevent individuals from signing up for the class, so we request that private parties be ready to reserve all 14 seats as soon as possible.
  • No discounts on individual classes or multi-class reservations
  • Private parties can choose their own menu based on currently-offered menus on calendar at time of booking.  Menu choice must be made at time of booking.  No special menus can be created, however special requests can be made for guests with allergies to certain foods.  All requests must be made, and confirmed by a Cooking Experience staff member, at least 48 hours in advance of the class, to allow ample time for food purchase and menu modifications.  Cooking Experience staff cannot guarantee all food will be free of allergic ingredients.
  • No corkage fee for private parties, however the store will close 20 minutes following the conclusion of class, and all class attendees must finish their food, beverages and make any purchases within this 20 minute timeframe.
  • Cancellation policy:  Private party cancellation requests must be made by calling 714-368-5192 between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
  • Any cancellation made at least four weeks prior to event date will receive a full refund.  Any cancellation made between two weeks and four weeks will receive a 50% refund.  Any cancellation made within two weeks of event date will not receive a refund.
