If you are inquiring about replacement parts for your grill, please include the grill model number and serial number (can be found engraved on a plate on the back side of the grill usually) for faster response.

Barbeques Galore web store return policy and RMA requests
Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused merchandise purchased on the web store. Customers wishing to return items must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Barbeques Galore before returning any product. If you are a registered customer, you can find the RMA form by logging in to your account and choosing the RMA option in your dashboard. For customers without an account, please fill out this RMA Request. We will issue you an RMA number and send an RMA form for you to fill out and include with your returned item. If an item is returned to us without the proper RMA form, your return cannot be processed until you complete and send to us your RMA form and it is approved. Orders returned outside the 30-day window will be issued store credit in lieu of a direct refund.
If you received an incorrect item, or there was a problem during shipping (damaged product, etc), Barbeques Galore will issue a return label that you can use to return the merchandise. Once we have received your items, we will refund your purchase price, plus any applicable shipping charges and tax, after verifying the contents and condition of the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, product damaged in transit). The 30-day return window still applies to all damaged products.
In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned to a physical store. If an item is returned to us outside of the 30-day return window, store credit will be given in lieu of a credit card refund.
Products must be returned in new condition to receive full refund. If an item is returned that is no longer in new condition (for instance, a cover that has been opened from it's packaging), Barbeques Galore reserves the right to exclude such an item from a refund, or charge a 30% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item at the time we receive it. Any items received that are damaged or broken will not be refunded, unless customer received the item broken or damaged initially. Please make sure to package any returns well and document the condition of the item prior to returning to us. Customers are encouraged to use a mail service that offers insurance on the item in case of damage during transit.
BBQgalore.com freight shipping policies and grill orders
Barbeques Galore ships all grill orders and other oversized items via freight truck. The delivery company will contact the customer one business day prior to delivery to set up the delivery appointment. Please put a valid phone number and e-mail address in your order so delivery company can contact you. If delivery company cannot reach the customer, Barbeques Galore will attempt to make contact for an alternate number. If customer cannot be reached within 48 hours of first attempted contact by delivery company, the customer's order will be returned to Barbeques Galore. The customer will then be refunded the original purchase price of the order, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
