The term of the franchise is 10 years, (renewable) the initial franchise fee is $40,000 and ongoing royalty is 3% of gross revenue. You will also be required to spend 2% of gross revenues on approved marketing. Costs associated with store development will be provided within our franchise disclosure document (FDD). Terms are extended on our proprietary product lines (Grand Hall).
