Ingredients
- 1 cup miso paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 chopped white onion
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- Pre-heat grill.
- Sear chicken on both sides and then move to top rack and put grill on low heat.
- Always cook chicken thoroughly. Enjoy.
