Got this grill about 4 months ago and love it so far! The size is perfect, great for just a quick dinner for the two of us, or piling on a ton of food for a big party. It heats up really fast, and the Crossray style keeps you from getting flare-ups. Food seems to cook faster than what you might be used to, so keep an eye on it until you get used to the cooking style. The grill looks really slick, the lights on the knobs tell you when each burner is lit, and the built-in propane level is sweet, no more pulling out the tank to look at the gauge, or hoping you have enough left in the tank for one more night. I haven't hooked up the interior halogen lamps, but it's a cool feature! No real faults on this grill that I've seen, just keep it clean after each use with some stainless steel cleaner, and a Magic Eraser helps to get that yellow tarnish off if you use it after each session. Keep it covered too!

Often, if not almost always, the actual performance of a product does not live up to the hype that is used to sell it. I have found that my 32'' Crossfire grill is not in that category. It does take some time to learn how to use, however. I burned a fair about of chicken in the process. I loved it for steaks and burgers from day one. My only gripe is that the LED burner indicators have not worked very well. It is a good feature, but mine have been problematic. On the other hand, the technology of the grill, the heat it generates, the size of the cooking area have all been fantastic. I love it. I just finished a cookout for about 35 people....simple burgers and 1/4 dogs. I could cook 20 burgers and 15 dogs at the same time. The hot dogs cook perfectly evenly...just roll them back and forth a few times. Loved it. I was finished cooking in time to enjoy the meal with my guests.

Don't buy this cheap Chinese grill, you will regret it. They charge top dollar for a piece of junk you have to assemble. If you buy this you will be sorry.
