Shipping Information freight shipping policies and grill orders

Grill orders or other orders requiring freight shipping may experience a slightly longer processing time. Freight shipping is approximately 7-10 business days. Grill shipments are "drop-off" deliveries, meaning the product is delivered to the front of the business or residence, generally at the driveway. The customer is responsible for getting the product to the installation location.  The delivery company will contact the customer one business day prior to delivery to set up the delivery appointment.  Please put a valid phone number and e-mail address in your order so delivery company can contact you.  If delivery company cannot reach the customer, Barbeques Galore will attempt to make contact for an alternate number.  If customer cannot be reached within 48 hours of first attempted contact by delivery company, the customer's order will be returned to Barbeques Galore.  The customer will then be refunded the original purchase price of the order, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  


All online shipments are sent from our Ontario, CA distribution center.


Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Tuesday). All shipping information listed here is approximate, please use your tracking information provided to you after your order ships to determine expected delivery date.


Shipping is available within the U.S. only at this time.  Items must be delivered to a physical address, P.O. boxes are not accepted and may cause a delay in shipping time as we will have to obtain a valid physical address from the customer.
