Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dried ginger
- 2 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp. crystal hot sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 tsp. dried chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Allow marinade to sit in fridge 1 hour prior to marinating chicken.
- Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours.
- Pre-heat grill and cook chicken. Enjoy
