DecentReview by Craig / (Posted on 5/22/2017)I grill on this unit several times per week. Winter and summer, I have it for two years and it's seen a lot of use. I started having issues with one of the burners where it would struggle to light and then burn very low, easily blow out and made a loud hissing sound. I took the entire thing apart and cleaned it with simple green and a scrub brush. Lots of stuff had fallen into the bottom cavity from use. Once I cleaned it all out (Twice) it's back to normal. I suspect this is to be expected and regular cleaning is needed. I have the knobs with the flat black plastic front. They are horrible. The black front popped off after the first few times of use. BBG replaced them for free. They stick, just like the other review states. It looks like they have updated the knob now so it shouldn't have that issue. I'm going to ask for the new knobs. Wish me luck. :-) Heating is uneven. There are definitely hot spots. Perhaps a better cleaning? I believe I always had that issue. The blue lights that shine on the knobs look great. The interior lights are not very useful. They get smoked over pretty quickly and just cast a dim light. Again, it looks good with the light when it's open at night but they are not bright enough to help you check finer details of what you're cooking. Like how done something is if you cut into it. This thing is a fraction of the cost of a similar Lynx or Twin Eagles so I guess It's worth it. I'm not sure it performs better than my old Webber Genesis but it looks much better. Overall, it's a decent grill and it looks good. T

Nice BBQ but cheap control knobsReview by DonH / (Posted on 5/5/2017)I love everything about my BBQ except for the control knobs. I am just into my second year with this grill and need to replace or regale two of the knobs. Same issue as the other reviewer (Bubba), the covers of the knobs fall off.
