The Daniel Boone Prime Plus WiFi model comes with a redesigned digital controller that allows you to control and monitor your grill through our iOS or Android mobile application, dual meat probes and a USB port. With the new grill and pellet view windows you can keep an eye on your food without letting smoke/heat escape and see your pellet supply. Our 13.5 in. peaked lid provides enough space for a stand-up chicken to a dozen racks of ribs. Keep all of your grilling tools handy by hanging them on the utensils hooks of your side convenience tray. All of our grills have a venturi-style firebox that creates a cyclone flame that ensures maximum combustion. They also have Sense-Mate, a thermal sensor that constantly monitors the ambient temperature. When the weather gets cold, the sensor kicks the grill into Turbo Mode, so you don’t have to wait long for the grill to heat up! Other features include Keep Warm Mode and Fan Only Mode with automatic shut-off to blow ash out of the firebox after you finish grilling.

Grill Functionality:

A motor turns the auger which feeds pellets into the firebox. There, a heat rod automatically ignites the pellets and a variable speed fan keeps them burning. The Venturi-style firebox is lined with vertical vents creating a burn pot cyclone of air flow for maximum heat and complete combustion of the pellets with minimal waste. A heat shield creates an even distribution of heat and pure hardwood smoke throughout the grill chamber.

  • Control & Monitor: Increase or decrease internal grill temps and monitor food temps through your food probe.
  • Food Timer: Set food timer in the app and receive a notification when done to help manage your cook time.

This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of first retail purchase. During the warranty period, GMG Products, LLC (dba Green Mountain Grills) will replace or repair, at its sole option, any defective Green Mountain grill returned to us, or to one of our dealers, by its original purchaser. Any claims under this warranty must be received by the expiration of the warranty period.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Product ETAs can be found on each individual product. For in-stock products, product usually ships in 1-2 business days. For special order items, shipping times can vary from 2 - 12 weeks or longer depending on product and availability. All times posted are estimated and subject to change at anytime. If you have questions about a specific product or about shipping times for an order that was already placed, please contact customer service at 1-800-GRILL-UP.

Due to current Covid-19 Global Pandemic, shipping times and product availability fluctuate heavily and cannot be guaranteed. All stock availability and shipping times vary and can change rapidly. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping times are calculated based on the date of the shipment, not the date of the order. Orders are shipped 1-2 business days following the order date for in-stock orders or 1-2 business days after receipt of all the individual products on orders with special order products. FedEx/UPS does not deliver on weekends and does not count those days when factoring shipping times. Therefore, orders shipped Thursday or Friday can be expected to be delivered on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. Shipping times also depends on the customer's location. General shipping times range from 1-5 business days.

For freight orders, the freight carrier will contact customer via the phone number provided on the order to schedule the delivery appointment. If the freight carrier cannot reach the customer in a timely manner to schedule this appointment, it will affect delivery dates. Please include a valid and readily accessible phone number with your order to avoid any unnecessary delays. If customer cannot be reached within 48 hours of first attempted contact by delivery company, the customer's order will be returned to Barbeques Galore. The customer will then be refunded the original purchase price of the order, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Important Info for Freight Orders

Freight orders are orders that are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for normal FedEx/UPS shipment. All freight shipments will require access for a semi-truck and trailer to deliver. If this is a concern in your area, your please contact our customer service team and we will be glad to discuss this with the freight company before the item is purchased.

What to Expect with Freight Orders

  1. Once your order is placed and we have your product in our warehouse, the freight/delivery company will contact you to schedule a drop off time.
  2. You will be required to be there to physically inpsect and sign for your order
  3. A truck with lift gate will unload the product curbside. Unless other arrangements were made beforehand, they cannot deliver the package anywhere else.
  4. Please inspect your product before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip.
  5. If there is damage, take pictures, refuse the delivery and email customer service right away so we can fix the issue.
  6. Once the proof of delivery is signed, you have accepted ownership of the items in thier current condition

Easy Returns

Need to return an item? Simply contact customer service to let them know. You'll have up to 30 days to return any unused merchandice. Products must be in new condition to receive full refund. Shipping refunded for incorrect or damaged items only (must report within 48 hours of delivery).
