What types of gift cards do you sell?

We offer physical gift cards that are redeemable in our Barbeques Galore store locations.  We do not offer electronic gift cards at this time.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards are valid for purchases at Barbeques Galore store locations only.  At this time, gift cards cannot be directly used for purchases at bbqgalore.com. For customers wishing to use their gift card for an online purchase, please contact our Customer Service department by calling 1-800-GRILL-UP.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Gift card balances can be checked by using the handy online tool below.  If your card number shows as invalid, it may be an older card that is not compatible with the balance tool below.  Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-GRILL-UP for gift card balance check assistance in this case.

 

How do I replace a lost or stolen gift card?

Call 1-800-GRILL-UP. Replacements are issued only for the dollar value remaining on the gift card at the time you report it lost or stolen. You must have the original receipt to get a lost or stolen card replaced. Barbeques Galore is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
