Ingredients
3 Limes
2 Skirt Steaks
5 bunch of Cilantro
1/4 tbs. White Bulls Taco Uppercut Seasoning
Assorted Pepper (Garnish)
Instructions
- To start your skirt steak marinade, place your steak(s) in a foil pan with 3 fresh squeezed limes. Season liberally with white bulls bbq taco uppercut and set in the fridge for an hour.
- Start your turbo grill and keep the burners low to medium. Once your dial reaches 400 F throw your skirt steak on.
- Flip your skirt steak every 45 seconds to ensure a perfectly delicious char and even cook on both sides, until reaching 140 F internal for a medium rare.
- Allow it to rest 5 minutes and slice against the grain. Garnish to preference with fresh chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
