Register Your Turbo Grill for Product Updates
Registering your Barbeques Galore Turbo grill offers many benefits including: important product updates, manufacturer issues and recalls, warranty claims, special offers for previous grill owners and more.
For grills purchased more than 30 days prior to date of registration, you will need to contact Barbeques Galore Customer Service at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-GRILL-UP. Warranty registration will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the date of purchase for grills registered more than 30 days after purchase.

For Barbeques Galore Brand Products
To find warranty information on your barbeque, refer to the product owner's manual of your grill. Warranties vary by model as well as by part. If you do not have your manual, you can visit our Owner's Manuals section to find it, or contact customer service at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-GRILL-UP.
Once your product has been registered, warranty claims can be submitted by contacting Barbeques Galore Customer Service at the e-mail address or phone number above.
Grills purchased prior to September 2008, even those listed with "lifetime warranty", are no longer under warranty due to a court-ordered bankruptcy at that time. No warranty parts or service can be provided on grills purchased before this date. If parts are available, they may be purchased online or through our Customer Service department.
