How Our Price Matching Works


  1. Reach out to our customer service team by email or live chat.
  2. Present the quote, URL or printed advertisement of the matching item with lower price.
  3. Our customer service team will then take your order over the phone.
  4. Price match can be done at time of purchase or up to 30 days from date on receipt.

  3. We'll match the competitor's price for the qualifying item(s).

Low Price Guarantee Details

Barbeques Galore will match the advertised price of any in-stock item from an authorized dealer of that brand (online dealers included).

Special Considerations:

  • PRODUCTS MUST BE IN-STOCK and identical.
  • Price must be advertised openly on web site (price must be displayed before viewing shopping cart) or in print (printed quote from dealer is also accepted). Some of our premium brand vendors have an Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) that varies from our stores, in these cases price matching will only be available as "store to store" or "website to website".
  • Our Low Price Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
  • Barbeques Galore reserves the right to independently verify advertised price prior to offering price match.
  • Price match requests will be honored within 30 days of original transaction. Price match requests made after date of sale will be honored with Barbeques Galore store credit.
  • Barbeques Galore retail stores may have different price matching policies than our online store, please see the our store associates regarding the retail store's price matching policy.

Our Low Price Guarantee does not cover:

  • Online or advertised prices from non-authorized dealers, products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers (Marketplace sellers) on websites, competitor's service, delivery or installation prices, and any financing offers, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, deal of the day, daily deals, special hour sale event items, credit card offers, gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by Barbeques Galore or a competitor.
  • Brands excluded include: Kamado Joe, Mr. Bar-B-Q

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a price match from a Barbeques Galore retail store?

When making a purchase, or during the 30 days starting from date of purchase, please come in and see a sales associate for help with your price match request. If purchasing on the website, please inform our customer service via email or chat. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want the Barbeques Galore retail store to price match. Barbeques Galore will then review and verify the price match request.

What is considered a local retail competitor?

A local retail competitor for retail store purchases is a retail store authorized by a vendor to sell a new, factory-sealed product with a warranty and is located in the same market area (within a 25 mile radius) of your local Barbeques Galore store.

Does Barbeques Galore match the prices of a Warehouse club?

Yes. We do match the prices of Warehouse clubs as long as the Warehouse club is a local retail competitor, has an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met. We will price match Warehouse clubs, but not offer the Low Price Guarantee program due to the fact that they require a paid membership.

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

No. Due to the differences in services being performed, Barbeques Galore does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and repair.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Barbeques Galore has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

What if your own price drops after I place my order?

Barbeques Galore will honor the Low Price Guarantee for our own pricing that may change within 30 days of the date of your purchase (for instance, when a product goes on sale). However, Barbeques Galore will only honor price matching on the price of the product itself, and not on any "gift with purchase" or similar offers that do not directly discount the purchase price of the item to be price matched.

How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way to show proof of price is to bring in or email the competitor's current ad, your custom quote, or notify us of the website address of the online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Does Barbeques Galore price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

No. Barbeques Galore does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.

Does Barbeques Galore price match offers with financing?

Barbeques Galore does not match competitors' financing offers. But you can buy a product, get a price match, and still use our low or no interest financing plans on your original purchase. Barbeques Galore also does not price match to a competitors' price that can only be received when using the competitor's credit card.

Why are internet prices and in-store prices different?

Some of our premium brand vendors have an Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) that varies from our stores, in these cases price matching will only be available as "store to store" or "website to website".
