How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

The easiest way to check on your order is by creating an account before purchasing, then simply log in to your account at any time to check or feel free to call 1-800-GRILLUP and we can check the status for you.

How Do I Check My Giftcard Balance?

Barbeques Galore offers 2 types of gift cards. Online gift cards can be checked by using the “Check Gift Card Status” below the items on your shopping cart page under Apply Gift Card Code. In-store gift cards can only be used in-store and can be checked using our Gift Card Balance Checker. For more information or purchasing, please visit our gift cards page.
