When Will My Items Arrive?
Product ETAs can be found on each individual product. Please add an additional 24-48 hours for order processing and from 1-2 days for local and up to 5-7 days for shipping depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Policy or call 1-800-GRILLUP for more information.
What is Your Return Policy?
We do our best to offer hassle-free returns with no questions asked for up to 30 days after your order was purchased. Some products are marked special order and cannot be returned. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Do You Offer White Glove Installation?
For local deliveries (within 30 miles of any of our store locations) we do offer delivery and install services for an addition fee where we will set up your grill and remove your old grill when we leave. Please contact 1-800-GRILLUP for more information.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
The easiest way to check on your order is by creating an account before purchasing, then simply log in to your account at any time to check or feel free to call 1-800-GRILLUP and we can check the status for you.
How Do I Check My Giftcard Balance?
Barbeques Galore offers 2 types of gift cards. Online gift cards can be checked by using the “Check Gift Card Status” below the items on your shopping cart page under Apply Gift Card Code. In-store gift cards can only be used in-store and can be checked using our Gift Card Balance Checker. For more information or purchasing, please visit our gift cards page.
Do I Need to Register My Grill?
We recommend registering your grill with the grill manufacturer immediately. This allows for faster service when it comes to needing parts or services for your grill. Register your Barbeques Galore grills at: http://www.grandhall.com/.
Do You Clean or Service Grills?
We do offer grill services within 30 miles of any of our store locations. Grill cleaning services are recommend through 3rd parties by your nearest Barbeques Galore store. Please contact 1-800-GRILLUP for more information.
