Incorrect or damaged items

If you received an incorrect item, or there was a problem during shipping (damaged product, etc), Barbeques Galore will issue a return label that you can use to return the merchandise. Once we have received your items, we will refund your purchase price, plus any applicable shipping charges and tax, after verifying the contents and condition of the items. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, product damaged in transit). The 30-day return window still applies to all damaged products.
