Returns for Items Bought In-Store
For returns of in-store purchased items, please contact our customer service at 1-800-GRILL-UP or firstname.lastname@example.org. In-store purchases have a 30-day return window and must be returned in it's original condition (including all parts, accessories and packaging) and be accompanied with original sales receipt. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns, whether full, partial, or for in-store credit, will be issued after the 30-day window; no exceptions. Products returned to a store that show signs of use and/or damage will be handled at the store's discretion. Refunds for cash purchases over $50 will be sent via Company check mailed within 14 business days of the return.

RETURNS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS FROM IN-STORE PURCHASESCustomers must reach out to Barbeques Galore within a 30-day window. Please contact the store you purchased the item from or our customer service at 1-800-GRILL-UP or email@example.com. Shipping charges are not refunded for standard returns.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS FOR SHIPMENTS OF IN-STORE PURCHASES
If items were purchased in-store and shipped, customers must report and send a picture of any damaged items or incorrect items received within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Incorrect items are defined as items that differ from what was ordered or items that were incorrectly recommended by Barbeques Galore.) Upon verification, Barbeques Galore will issue a prepaid return label to send the damaged/incorrect items back to our warehouse. Once the items are received, Barbeques Galore will ship replacement items to the customer. All damaged/incorrect products must still be sent back to Barbeques Galore within the 30-day return window.
