Refunds & Credits

Products must be returned in new condition to receive full refund. If an item is returned to us that has been used or is no longer in new condition, Barbeques Galore reserves the right to exclude such an item from a refund, or charge a 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item at the time we receive it. Any items received that are damaged or broken will not be refunded, unless customer received the item broken or damaged initially.


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Customers must report any damaged items to Barbeques Galore within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Barbeques Galore will issue a prepaid return label to send the damaged items back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of these items, Barbeques Galore will ship replacement items to the customer. Please make sure to package any returns well and document the condition of the item prior to returning to us. Customers are encouraged to use a mail service that offers insurance on the item in case of damage during transit. Barbeques Galore will not be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
