- HOW TO USE CHIPS:
- The Wet Chip Approach - Soak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes for moist, flavorful smoke. Drain the chips, place them in a foil pouch with holes or a smoker tray, and set them over the hottest area of your cooker. Have extra on hand for longer cook times.
- The Dry Chip Approach - For steady, slow-release smoke, place dry chips loosely around the edge of your fire or near your heat source to allow them to smolder. For a more intense smoke, place chips directly onto the heat source and add more as needed.
