This Off Charcoal Smoker comes with 500 sq. inches primary cooking space. It has fully adjustable Roto Draft damper for ultimate heat control of your smoker. It has a removable ash tray that allows to remove the charcoal leftover when finish the cooking. It also equipped with a shelf that has a tool hook to allow you put tools on it.
