Turbo Grill Warranty Details

To find warranty information on your grill, refer to the product owner's manual of your grill. Warranties vary by model as well as by part. If you do not have your manual, you can visit our Product Manuals page to find it, or contact customer service at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-GRILL-UP.

Once your product has been registered, warranty claims can be submitted by contacting Barbeques Galore Customer Service at the e-mail address or phone number listed above.

Grills purchased prior to September, 2008, even those listed with "lifetime warranty", are no longer under warranty due to a court-ordered bankruptcy at that time. No warranty parts or service can be provided on grills purchased before this date. If parts are available, they may be purchased through our Customer Service department.

To obtain warranty service for your Turbo grill, your grill must be registered. To register a grill purchased within the last 30 days, please Register Here. Enter your product information, including Model Number and Serial Number, as well as your personal information. For grills purchased more than 30 days prior to date of registration, you will need to contact Barbeques Galore Customer Service at [email protected] or by calling 1-800-GRILL-UP. Warranty registration will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the date of purchase for grills registered more than 30 days after purchase.
