Everybody loves steak, especially ribeye steak. We have a constant craving for steaks, and we wanted to enhance the experience with a delightful roasted garlic sauce. We skillfully prepared it, and let me assure you, it turned out incredible. We are thrilled to share the recipe with you, so let's dive right in!

Ingredients

1 Ribeye Steak
1 tsp.Sucklebuster Campfire Steak Seasoning
1 OnionSliced into discs
4 tbsp. Butter
4 tbsp.Olive Oil
4Eggs
1 tbsp.Oregano
1 tbsp.Basil
1 cupMayo
2 tsp.Worcestershire Sauce
Provolone Cheese


Ribeye Steak Sandwich

Instructions

  1. Cut out the heart of the ribeye (we grilled the remainings and ate them with the rest of the sauce) and season with Sucklebusters Campfire Steak Seasoning
  2. Grill at 350 degrees to however you like it (we went with medium rare)
  3. Cut your onions into slices; chop the garlic clove and wrap it in foil with some oil and salt. Place on the grill for 30 minutes
  4. Cook the onion with some butter until it caramelizes
  5. For the sauce: Mix mayo, the roasted garlic, basil, oregano and worcestershire sauce. Set aside and meanwhile cook your egg on the grill
  6. Go ahead and build you sandwich. ENJOY!
