Tennessee Red Candy Coated Ribs

Ingredients

1 Baby Back Ribs (Loin Back 2.5 lb or lower)
Coat with Blues Hogs Tenessee Red

Ingredients for SPG Rub

1 cup Kosher Salt
1 cup Black Pepper
1 cup Garlic Powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 275 F.
  2. Mix together salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Remove the membrane from the ribs
  4. Coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub seasoning
  5. Place seasoned ribs onto smoker rack
  6. Let it smoke for 4 hours
  7. After 4 hours, brush the ribs with Blue Hog Tennessee Red Barbecue Sauce
  8. Let the ribs smoke for an additional 30 minutes
  9. Take off the smoker and enjoy
