Tennessee Red Candy Coated Ribs

Ingredients
1 Baby Back Ribs (Loin Back 2.5 lb or lower)
Coat with Blues Hogs Tenessee Red
Ingredients for SPG Rub
1 cup Kosher Salt
1 cup Black Pepper
1 cup Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 275 F.
- Mix together salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Remove the membrane from the ribs
- Coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub seasoning
- Place seasoned ribs onto smoker rack
- Let it smoke for 4 hours
- After 4 hours, brush the ribs with Blue Hog Tennessee Red Barbecue Sauce
- Let the ribs smoke for an additional 30 minutes
- Take off the smoker and enjoy
